The Gondolina team is expanding and we are looking for a new motivated intern to be able to join our team in Venice (Italy).

Gondolina is a Venetian luxury footwear brand dedicated to preserving Italian craftsmanship through timeless, handcrafted shoes and authentic storytelling.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to help bring the Gondolina world to life across Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, podcasts and digital campaigns.

The intern will support the team in shooting and editing short-form video content, creating Instagram Stories, Canva graphics, polls, reels, TikToks, product content, behind-the-scenes footage, podcast materials and newsletter ideas.

The ideal candidate is based in Venice or nearby, loves social media, has a strong eye for aesthetics, is passionate about Venice, fashion, craftsmanship and storytelling, and is familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Instagram and TikTok.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience inside a growing Venetian luxury brand, work closely with the founders, attend launches and events, build a content portfolio, and contribute to the promotion of one of Venice’s most iconic artisanal traditions.
